Taylor Swift, Harry Styles Dating Rumors FALSE: ‘1989’ Singer Not Getting Back Together With One Direction Member?

Sorry folks, it looks as of everyone's favorite young couple – Taylor Swift and Harry Styles – are still on the outs. After reports that the two were getting back together surfaced, it appears safe to say (at least, for now) that the 1989 singer and One Direction member are NOT dating again. Yep, looks like they were mere rumors, so perhaps it's time for the world to move on.

According to Gossip Cop, despite some reports (rumors, actually) that the two were getting back together, it looks as if it was all "manufactured by fan fiction writers." Apparently after the reports were deemed questionable, GC opted to get the real scoop. In doing so, the gossip site discovered that Swift and Styles are NOT getting back together. Womp, womp, womp...

The site claims, "A Swift confidante tells us the two are 'friends but NOT romantic, and Taylor is not interested or wanting more.'"

So, will Swift and Styles ever get back together? Perhaps. For now, it seems they're okay apart, considering One Direction just released their fourth studio album FOUR this past Monday, Nov. 17 – which our sister site, Music Times reviewed – and Swift dropped the aforementioned 1989 last month on Oct. 27 to pretty good sales. Oh wait, right, KILLER sales! Unlike the latter, however, One Direction's album IS available on Spotify.

Honestly, it seems the famed female singer doesn't even have time for relationships. You know, considering she is probably the most famous musician on the planet right now. Oh, and that little thing of appearing on the cover of TIME magazine. Yep, really. Check out the cover below:
