Tony Bellew, Anthony Joshua, Scott Quigg, James DeGale, Callum Smith And George Groves Deliver Boxing Wins At 'Repeat Or Revenge' In Liverpool's Echo Arena
The boxing world waited for months to see how Repeat or Revenge would unfold, and it was worth the wait. With several stunning bouts scheduled, fans would be forgivven for not knowing where to turn and who to cheer for. But each bout brought along epic memories for the thousands of fans at Liverpool's Echo Arena and the millions watching around the world, including Liverpool star Mario Balotelli, who was there. Tony Bellew, Anthony Joshua, Scott Quigg, James DeGale, Callum Smith and George Groves were victorious on a night that may have just set up a 2015 boxing schedule we'll never forget.
The main event stole the show, but despite losing Cleverly was full of pride. He explained to the BBC: "It shows my character, I have come up a weight. His strength showed in the second half. He was using his strength and made it pay. One-one, maybe we will have third fight."
Some believe he should have put on a better boxing display, but Bellew was too strong and dominant for him to handle.
