Kate Hudson Reveals Her Secrets To Getting A Killer Body, Plus She Admits She Loves A Good Burger

Kate Hudson is known for her killer body and now she is revealing her secret to an amazing physique. Plus, the Wish I Was Here actress is opening up about her guilty pleasure ... hamburgers.

While attending her mother Goldie Hawn's first ever Love In For Kids charity event on Friday, the Bride Wars actress discussed her fitness routine and how hard you have to work to get a body like hers. "You [have to] work your ass off, that's the only way. [And] you have to eat right," Hudson told Us Weekly. "Everybody wants some sort of secret and there just isn't, it's just you have to work out."

The How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days star is now not only a fitness enthusiast, but a designer for fitness gear. Kate launched her brand Fabletics as a way to blend fitness and fashion. "With Fabletics, we want to create a community ... a movement, to help you live fit and achieve your passions in life," Hudson, who co-founded the brand, said on their site.

As for her personal fitness regiment the mother-of-two revealed she isn't constantly in the gym. "I wouldn't say [I work out] a lot, just consistently ... People think for some reason you have to work out for two and a half hours ... but, it can be little. It can be 20 minutes, it could be 40 minutes, but you have to [get it in]," the 35-year-old actress explained to Us Weekly.

"You can't do like two weeks and go like do two days and then take a week off and then do three days and then go, 'Why aren't I [seeing results?] I don't get it.' You know, you just got to do it — sad, like anything else in life!"

Despite her continued focus on a healthy lifestyle and regular workouts, Kate doesn't deprive herself when it comes to food. She has always had a weakness for burgers and that is okay!
