Before the crossover event takes place in The Flash, a major villain from Arow makes an appearance on the CW superhero TV show. As the super-villain Blackout storms the city, will Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) be able to protect his loved ones from The Clock King (Robert Knepper) in "Power Outage?"

In our previous recap, we witnessed the origin story of how Barry (Gustin) ended up with his super-speed powers. Due to a particle accelerator explosion at S.T.A.R. Labs, lightning struck Barry and threw him into a vat of chemicals. Not only did Barry end up with powers, half of the civilian population of Central City became metahumans.

From our latest recap, Barry patched things up with Iris West (Candice Patton) after their bitter argument. During their conversation, Iris comes up with a name for the "Red Streak." All of sudden, the counter goes up on Iris' blog as everyone wants to know about "The Flash."

According to the IMDB page,a metahuman who can harness electricity shows up, seeing revenge against Dr. Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh). During their battle, Blackout zaps The Flash and steals his super-speed powers. While Barry deals with his loss of powers, The Clock King takes command of the police precinct, holding iris and Joe West (Jesse L. Martin) hostage.

As we previously mentioned, Wentworth Miller made his introduction as Captain Cold in Going Rogue. Dominic Purcell will reunite with Miller as Heat Wave in an upcoming episode. This will mark a Prison Break reunion for the two.

Because Knepper was also on Prison Break as T-Bag, will the Clock King team-up with Heat Wave and Captain Cold to form the super villain team, the Rogues?

The Flash continues on the CW Tuesdays at 8pm. Readers, are you excited to see Power Outage?
