Kate Mara And James Marsden Pose For A Sexy Photo Shoot, Plus The Actress Opens Up About Competition With Her Sister Rooney Mara
Kate Mara posed with James Marsden in a shoot for Yahoo! Style and it is amazing. The 31-year-old actress also revealed what it is like to be a part of The Fantastic Four film and whether or not there is any competition professionally with her sister Rooney Mara.
During her exclusive photo shoot with X-Men star James Marsden, Kate looked flawless and sexy. The two posed in steamy situations that resembled the seductive Fifty Shades of Grey film. While shooting the vintage-inspired spread (which you can see here), the actress explained that landing the role of Invisible Woman in the Fantastic Four reboot is an amazing honor.
"Getting that role was pretty major for me," Kate told Yahoo! Style. She added that if she could have one super power it would be flying. "I'd love to be able to fly, so I wouldn't have to deal with any traffic ever."
Kate isn't the only actress in her family, her younger sister Rooney (known for her role in The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo) also acts. "Luckily, we have never been competitive with each other," she told the publication.
"No one in my family had ever tried acting before, and I didn't have any actor friends, so for a while there I was figuring it out on my own. When my sister became an actress, it was awesome to have flesh and blood sharing this intense experience. It's really been this super intense bonding experience for us."
Speaking of her career, the Transcendence actress recently finished her role as Zoe Barnes in House of Cards and is now working on both The Fantastic Four and Captive. The Fantastic Four 2 has also been announced, which is proof that Kate's career is becoming bigger and better.
"Every year I feel a little bit better — even if it's not a great year. Like, even if it might not be as successful a year, or it's a year of heartbreak or whatever, I feel a little bit smarter and more able to deal with it," she admitted.
"I've never had that stigma based on age. People are so afraid of getting older, especially in this business, but luckily I don't have a Peter Pan complex. I mean, if you're not getting older, then you're dead, right?"
