Former Spice Girl Mel B Had Four-Year Relationship With Mom From Her Daughter Phoenix's School: Details Here
Former Spice Girl Mel B opened up to The Guardian regarding a four-year relationship she had with a woman before marrying her current husband Stephen Belafonte in 2007.
"Well, I did have a four-year relationship with a woman," the 39-year-old America's Got Talent judge told The Guardian.
"But I've been very happily married for seven years to a penis," she joked.
In February 2007, Brown — her full name is Melanie Brown — the British pop singer began dating film producer Stephan Belafonte, and the couple secretly married that same year in Las Vegas.
"An amazing guy," she continues to gush to The Guardian about her husband. "I've definitely not been shy or been one to hold back. If I wanted to try something, I did. I had a girlfriend. So what?"
The Guardian goes on to explain that the relationship took place with Crista Parker, a woman whose child was in the same school as her daughter Phoenix.
One thing Mel B got out of the relationship was a great quote:
"People call me lesbian, bisexual or heterosexual, but I know who's in my bed and that's it ... I have a huge libido and a great sex life."
When it comes to Mel B's husband trusting their relationship, it's pretty solid.
"No, me and my husband are very tight and solid. But I will be the first one to compliment a woman, to say to my husband, 'Oh, my God, look at her legs' or 'Doesn't she look stunning?' I do think women are gorgeous. Crazy but gorgeous," she said.
