With The Flash gaining speed on the CW network, viewers are just hours away from the DC Comics crossover event, entitled 'Flash vs. Arrow.' In a newly released trailer, will Grant Gustin (Barry Allen), Stephen Amell (Oliver Queen), be able to handle themselves against Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) and Heat Wave (Dominic Purcell)?

As we previously mentioned, the plot synopsis for the The Flash/Arrow crossover episodes. revolves around Oliver (Amell), Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and Diggle (David Ramsey) visiting Central City to investigate a case involving a deadly boomerang. Barry though needs Arrow and his team to help him stop the "metahuman," that word Ollie doesn't want to say, known as the Rainbow Raider, who causes people to lose control. With the scarlet speedster under the influence of the Rainbow Raider, the green archer is up against not only a superhuman, but his friend.

In the newly released promo, Ollie wants to help train Barry, but their rivalry, with Felicity (Rickards) caught in the middle, causes them to butt heads. Even Diggle (Ramsey) is having a hard time fitting in with Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes), who has a laugh-out-loud scene. As these two heroes try to get along, trouble always seems to find them.

Just as Barry knocks Deathstroke and Huntress, two major Rogues players make their sudden appearance. Though we expected the Prison Break Reunion, it looks like it's happening sooner than later. Captain Cold (Miller) and Heat Wave (Purcell) are ready to take on the scarlet speedster, but will he have back-up?
