Over the weekend, Newcastle United put an end to Chelsea's undefeated streak on top of the EPL, but coach Mourinho swears he and his men have moved past this loss already.
"We don't need a reaction," he explained to the press this week. "We don't need to change things, our philosophy."
He also talked about bringing on some younger players for the match today, while the veterans rested.
"Every manager in the world wants to bring young talent through. Sometimes you have it, sometimes you don't," the manager said. "When I compare the club now with my first spell here, the quality of the academy is better. I don't say they are ready - they still need a transitional period or a couple of loans - but the quality is much better. If you go to other clubs it is the same thing."

Meanwhile, Lisbon's coach, Marco Silva, also had something to say about Chelsea's defeat from the weekend.
"Chelsea's defeat last weekend doesn't change anything - on the pitch it's 11 against 11," he said, according to UEFA.com. "We respect Chelsea but it's about our game. We know they will be very hard and we have to play within our limits. One point is enough but we want three."
