If you love the sci-fi buddy comedies, Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure and Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey, then get ready for another Wyld Stallyns sequel. Back in comic book form, Ted "Theodore" Logan (Keanu Reeves) and Bill S. Preston (Alex Winter) reunite for Bill & Ted's Most Triumphant Return.

In film franchise, Bill and Ted are considered to be the Two Great Ones in the future, but in the past, they are a bunch of slackers failing their history class. Time traveler Rufus (the late George Carlin) has to make sure they pass theie finals to make sure his timeline happens. In Excellent Adventure, the comedic duo meet with historical figures, while in Bogus Journey, they almost met their demise by Evil Bill and Ted.

The Wyld Stallyns reunion takes place in a new six-issue miniseries. The story takes place after Bogus Journey after the two defeated Chuck De Nomolos (played by Joss Ackland). Engaged to former 15th-century princesses Elizabeth (Annette Azcuy) and Joanna (Sarah Trigger), Bill & Ted must now fulfill their destiny as the inspiration of galactic harmony,  But first, they must use their time machine to travel to the 27th century to turn a young Nomolos into a fan of Wyld Stallyns.

Brian Lynch (Angel: After the Fall) will be taking care of writing duties and artist Jerry Gaylord (Fanboys Vs. Zombies) will be illustrating the interiors. Each issue will contain a short back-up story by a different set of creators. In first installment, writer Ryan North (Adventure Time) and artist Ian McGinty (Bravest Warriors) are working on short tale that involves the Evil Bill and Ted play a trick on the Good Robotusses.
