Jill Dillard Celebrates 6-Month Anniversary With Her Husband Derick Dillard With Photos From Their Wedding Day: Jill Also Reveals Her Mother-In-Law Cathy Dillard Is "Cancer Free" [PHOTOS]

Happy anniversary! MStars News has learned Jill and Derick Dillard celebrated their 6-month anniversary on Sunday, the same day Jinger Duggar celebrated her 21st birthday.

MStars News previously reported that the Duggar family had a lot to celebrate during a recent trip to El Salvador.

We also learned a very pregnant Jill went along on the trip as she and her husband posed for the camera in the photo above, and this cute snapshot that Derick decided to post via Instagram.

"Headed back to the USA. Praise God for the work He is doing in El Salvador. #babydillysfirstmissiontrip," he wrote.

Mrs. Dillard also decided to share "throwback" photos of her wedding day in honor of her anniversary. "6 months ago today I married my #bestfriend @derickdillard Thank you @ezellon for capturing that special day!" Jill wrote.

In the next photo, Jill shared a scripture from Proverbs: "The last 6 months have flown by! Every day just gets better and better! I can't believe how blessed I am to be married to the most wonderful man ever @derickdillard "Many a man proclaims his own steadfast love, but a faithful man who can find?" (Proverbs 20:6)"

It seems that Jill loves her "PDA" snapshots, because she keeps them coming.

In the next photo Jill shared an image of her wedding party, which included her sisters, and sister-in-law Anna Duggar who is also pregnant with her fourth child.

It has been one very hard year for the Dillards. The family lost Derick's grandmother during Thanksgiving, as his mother become ill with cancer. In the beautiful black and white snapshot, Jill and Derick join Derick's mother who made it to the wedding, for prayer. "A very sweet moment of prayer with Derick's mom before the wedding. Thank y'all so much for your prayers!" Jill notes that her mother-in-law is now cancer free! "She is cancer free!" she wrote.
