Smackdown Spoilers 12/26/14: WWE Friday Night Smackdown Results December 26, 2014: Hulk Hogan Returns, Roman Reigns and Dolph Ziggler vs. Seth Rollins and Big Show
WWE taped the December 26, 2014 edition of Friday Night SmackDown from Sioux City, Iowa on Sunday night. Ordinarily, WWE tapes the show on Tuesdays, but the company scheduled this taping earlier than usual in light of the holidays.
The show begins with Hulk Hogan, who announces he is the General Manager of the show for the evening. Seth Rollins interrupts to cut a promo, but Dolph Ziggler comes out and defends the Hulkster. Big Show then emerges and threatens to knock out both Ziggler and Hogan, which leads to an appearance from Roman Reigns. This sets up a tag team match for the main event.
Ryback defeats Kane with Shell Shock in a relatively quick match. Rusev comes out to taunt Ryback, which allows Kane to chokeslam Da Big Guy a few times.
Naomi quickly dispatches Alicia Fox.
Adam Rose defeats R-Truth without The Bunny.
Dean Ambrose defeats Rusev by disqualification when Bray Wyatt interferes, which leads to a major brawl between the two enemies.
Jimmy Uso defeats The Miz in a one-on-one match.
Ziggler and Reigns defeat Rollins and Big Show when Reigns pins his former Shield partner.
