With 2014 coming to an end in a matter of days, we've been taking a look forward in the entertainment business, concerning ourselves with what's to come in 2015. But this week, Forbes released a great list of the top 10 highest grossing actors of the last year, and some names might surprise you! We should mention that 3 stars happen to have starred in one of the biggest movies of 2014, X-Men: Days of Future Past, but who else made the all-important list? After all, this could show us the most sought stars of the next few years!

Hugh Jackman only released on film this year, but it happened to be X-Men: Days of Future Past, which broke box offices around the world. The actor grossed $746 million this year, alongside Future Past costar Michael Fassbender, who also had the film Frank in theaters. James McAvoy topped his companions with $747 million, thanks to The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby.
