Is there a love thing happening between two of Britain's hottest pop commodities? Well, you know what they say, a photo is worth a thousand words, and this one is saying a lot. Rita Ora posted a picture for Ellie Goulding's birthday and it looks like the two stars are about to embrace in a passionate kiss. The "Burn" singer and the "Black Widow" star looked like they were more than happy to be with each other as they celebrated the singer turning 28.
Rita posted the image to her Instagram account and captioned it with the simple message, "Happy birthday Ellie Goulding!" letting the picture speak for itself.
And it didn't seem like Goulding's boyfriend Dougie Poynter really minded the almost-lip lock. He posted a message on his Instagram account, writing, "Happy birthday to my very lovely and special lady," which he posted underneath a black-and-white photo of the starlet.
Goulding also shared a fun snap with her fans as she used the opportunity to post a picture from her younger years. In the image, the star is wearing a knitted vest over a white T-shirt while showing off her original brown locks. We wouldn't even recognize the "Anything Could Happen" starlet if she hadn't posted the caption, "Birthday. Here's me- age unknown."
It seems Rita's little peck was just a friendly smooch, as The Daily Mail is posting that Dougie and Ellie began dating at the beginning of 2014 and have been going strong ever since. Her boy toy even threw her a surprise birthday party a few days before her actual birthday and they even spent Christmas together.
