Ring in 2015 with CNN's New Year's Eve Live With Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin, live from Times Square featuring CNN correspondents reporting on NYE from New Orleans, the Bahamas and the Crab Drop in Easton, Md. There will be the usual shenanigans as new Fashion Police host Griffin tries her hardest to embarrass Cooper live on air, beginning at 9 p.m. on December 31 on NBC. Find out where to stream the show below. Said Cooper in a statement: "I've given up asking Kathy to watch what she says. There's no point. I'm just hoping for the best."

The two will continue their antics together for an eight year on CNN, bringing you New Year's Eve live from Times Square, set up on the other side of Times Square from ABC's Ryan Seacrest, Griffin's seemingly mortal enemy, and whom she has called a robot.

But, as it turns out, things are all ok between the stars, with Griffin tweeting out a pic of the three of them together:

It came she tweeted out a pic of an apparent note from Seacrest that was left for her, wishing her a good show:

In a New York Times profile they explain how they met, with Cooper explaining "Kathy was doing My Life on the D-List, and she came on the show as a guest one year. As soon as she came on, it was just super fun."

Added Grffin, "I think I stayed the whole show."

"If you had tried to leave," responded Cooper, "I wouldn't have allowed it. I started working New Year's Eve because I find it dreadful in New York. You can't get a cab, and Uber is four times the normal cost. There are lines for everything. So, I volunteered to work."

"I," added the comedian, "wanted Wolf Blitzer."

As for New Year's Eve Live With Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin's train-wreck chances, The Washington Post rank it as "High, per usual. It's live TV and Kathy Griffin can (and will) literally say anything to Cooper's faux-horror. Their chemistry is off the charts at this point - it's their eighth year hosting together - so, really, craziness is just a foregone conclusion."
