One Direction, Justin Bieber Fans Twitter Feud Over MTV VMAs 2012

One Direction were the winners for all three categories that they were nominated in at the MTV VMA 2012 tonight, while Justin Bieber did not win any award for the first time ever.  While many fans feel that it's not fair to compare two completely different artists, the two artists' fans are constantly in a feud with each other.  Twitter proves it.

"3 for one direction oh you go one direction... and none for justin bieber bye" a proud Directioner tweeted.

"All that directioners cared about was beating us.. amazing fans you got there one direction," a disappointed belieber wrote.

"One direction gets 4 awards in 2 years and Justin Bieber gets 70+ awards and 2 grammy nomination in 3 years. Justin wins." a Bieber fan wrote defending her idol.

Another Bieber fan argued, "one direction and justin bieber in the same category is like dust in the same category as a diamond. it shouldn't be aloud.

Another Twitter user didn't quite understand the purpose of it and tweeted, "I don't get why people compare Justin to One Direction. They're different. Justin is a solo artist, One Direction is a boy band. #duh"

"I LOVE Justin & One Direction both veryyyyy very much. The fact they get along together and us ; beliebers & directioners fighting is sad," one lovely peacemaker wrote.

Let's hope the feud is only between the fans and not the artists themselves.  From what is known, they are good friends.
