Liverpool coach Brenden Rodgers this week spoke about the team's aim to win the FA Cup this year, and how there's more incentive to give star player Steven Gerrard a proper send off when he leaves for the MLS's LA Galaxy at the end of the season.
"Our aim was always to win a trophy this year and even more so now with that added incentive," the manager explained. "To have a captain who has been a monumental figure for this club leaving, there'd be no greater tribute than to reach a final, particularly an FA Cup Final, and to see him lift a trophy. That's what dreams are all about. It would be a great way for him to end his career and certainly we don't want Stoke City to be our last game of the season."

Meanwhile, Wimbledon striker Adebayo Akinfenwa recently spoke about how excited he is to play the team he's supported all of his life today.
"It's the biggest game, there is no bigger," he said, according to BBC. "I am a Liverpool supporter so even if I played in the Champions League final, this would be the biggest game. As a Liverpool supporter, the three best feelings are: to play for the team, to play against the team and score against them. I have the opportunity to do two out of three."
