Cameron Diaz Marries Good Charlotte Singer, Benji Madden on Monday: "We Couldn't Be Happier" Newlyweds Say [DETAILS]

MStars News has learned that Cameron Diaz and Good Charlotte singer Benji Madden tied the knot Monday evening in a small ceremony at their home in Los Angeles.

According to People, a rep revealed that the pair "were married [Monday] evening in an intimate ceremony at their home in Los Angeles."

"We couldn't be happier to begin our new journey together surrounded by our closest family and friends," the newlyweds revealed to the magazine.

Diaz, and Madden decided to exchange "I Do's" after dating since May. The couple revealed that they were engaged right around Christmas time.

"Getting married is the next step when you are totally in love and comfortable with someone," a source claims. "Cameron has found true happiness."

Details of the nuptials included an intimate rehearsal dinner at their Beverly Hills home that included family and friends.

Apparently the couple met through Nicole Richie, who is married to Benji's twin brother, Joel Madden, and they have been in love ever since.

Diaz, and Madden also appeared together at Il Cielo Saturday night, along "with a small group and had a really romantic table setting with rose petals and candles," a restaurant witness revealed. "It looked like they were celebrating."

The Annie and Sex Tape star also celebrated her wedding with her girlfriends having her bachelorette party over the weekend as well, basically doing everything all in one weekend...sound familiar?

MStars News previously reported that Solange Knowles married her longtime boyfriend, Alan Ferguson, and their wedding celebration took place in New Orleans as a three day affair.

The couple drew attention when party rental trucks and white flowers arrived at their home on Monday. Diaz walked down the asile inside the home, as the huge tent was set up for the reception.

"There is a lot of security and they are trying to keep the wedding hush-hush by telling neighbors that Cameron is having a pre-Golden Globes party tonight," one source said. "It will start past dark. They are setting things up in the lush backyard."

The wedding guest that included Reese Witherspoon, Gwyneth Paltrow, Benji's twin brother and about 90 other guest.

The bridesmaids were actress, Drew Barrymore, Nicole Richie and Diaz's sister, Chimene Cain. The ring bearer was Diaz's new nephew (and Richie's son), Sparrow Madden.

"It was a big wedding, but they still managed to make it feel very personal. Only their families and very special friends attended," a source said. "It all felt very down-to-earth and sweet. Guests arrived smiling and almost seemed giddy. Everyone was excited to be a part of the wedding."
