Miley Cyrus Nightclub Drama: 'Granny Panties' Stripper Dance and Criminal Battery Charges [VIDEO]

Before Miley Cyrus became the subject of a criminal battery investigation following a nightclub brawl on Saturday evening in Hollywood, looks like the "Party in the U.S.A" star was enjoying herself a dance performed by a woman whom Beacher's Madhouse Theater deems "the world's oldest female stripper."

Just moments before Cyrus and hubby Liam Hemsworth got into an altercation with a fellow male partier, the "LOL" star stood front row as the bra and granny panties-baring 82-year-old stripper "shook her thang" to Nelly's hit "Hot in Herre." Check out the video captured by TMZ:

How could such a sexy fun time turn violent?

TMZ reports that an unidentified man filed a report with LAPD early Sunday morning, claiming that Cyrus had physically attacked him. According to the man, he and friends accidently bumped into the chair of "Vampire Diaries" heartthrob Hemsworth at the club, quickly prompting an exchange of hostile words. 19-year-old Cyrus jumped to her man's defense, ultimately pushing the victim and slapping him in the process.

LAPD Officer Rosario Herrera told the Daily News, "There were no visible injuries and no arrests made," she said. "The victim came to the station (to file the report). It's an ongoing investigation."

While one eyewitness claims that Cyrus did attempt to break up the heated argument, she never actually threw a bunch or became physically violent.

Cyrus' edgier look definitely seems to have led to an edgier lifestyle, but one can't deny the fact that the elderly-lady striptease looks to have been one heck of a good time.
