During the funeral, friends including Tom Hanks, Jay Leno, Vivaca A. Fox, among others paid their respect to the late actor. Tom Hanks honored Duncan with a touching eulogy as he remembered his dear friend.
Leno expressed his disbelief at the loss of his friend Duncan. "Just to see such a pure heart and pure kindness, and to see it taken so early. "There are no sadder words than 'what might have been," he said before the mourners gathered.
