5 Questions Brian Michael Bendis, David Marquez's 'Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider-Man' #9 Must Answer!

Marvel Comics continues  with an all-new story arc for Miles Morales, the amazing wall-crawler from the Ultimate Universe. After the shocking twist, readers want to know what writer Brian Michael Bendis and artist Dave Marquez have in store with their upcoming issue, Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider-Man #9.

As we reported here, Miles has been gaining mainstream attention outside the comic book pages. First, Danny Glover, rapper Childish Gambino, voiced the teen superhero in the Ultimate Spider-Man: Web Warriors on Disney XD. Just as we did with issue #6, issue #7, issue #8, we now have a new list of questions that Bendis and Marquez will hopefully answer in the latest installment.

1) Is Jefferson Davis The New Donnie Brasco?

Marquez' artwork and the colors by Justin Ponsor take readers to a different time period, echoing past crime movies, such as The French Connection and Serpico. Jefferson Davis, revealed to his son, Miles, that he was once an undercover agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. No superheroes in the background, just a gritty crime story of an innocent youth stick trying to protects his family and his reckless brother.    

2) How Badly Did S.H.I.E.L.D. Screw Up?

You know what's scary for an undercover cop? When their cover is blown, everyone just happens to be a target. With S.H.I.E.L.D. dismantled, how much of their top-secret info has been leaked? How long before the criminal underbelly realizes Jefferson Davis gave up names and betrayed them?

3) Will We See 'The Prowler?'

We know that Aaron Davis, Miles' uncle and Jefferson's brother, will become the super villain, The Prowler. Are we going to see an early design of his costume? Maybe a prototype of the Getaway Jacket made by the Tinkerer.  

4) Does The Kingpin Know About Miles?

If Jefferson Davis was supposed to earn Wilson Fisk's trust and then betray him, wouldn't the Kingpin have kept tabs on him?  How much of what happened in the past will have consequences for Miles' future? Waiting for the prefect moment to strike, will the Kingpin take revenge out on Jefferson through his son, Miles?

5) What The Hell Happened To J.Jonah Jameson?

So is there a dead body lying on the floor or what? Did Green Goblin murder J.J. Jameson and burn his face off?
