Arrow Season 3 Spoilers: More Details on Manu Bennett's Return as Slade Wilson

The CW's Arrow returns with new episodes for Season 3 on Wednesday, and there's plenty of action ahead. One moments fans are waiting for is the return of Manu Bennett as Slade Wilson, aka Deathstroke.

TVLine caught up with the actor to get some more details on his return to the show in Episode 14. Many fans have wondered if Slade would show up in the present day or in flashbacks, but Bennett has confirmed that Deathstroke is back in business in the present.

"Slade is definitely [resurfacing] in the present day," he said. "Not that he's ever happy, but he's particularly unhappy. When he comes back, he's out for blood."

Executive producer Marc Guggenheim also revealed to the site that Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) has some interesting scenes with Laurel (Katie Cassidy) upcoming. "Felicity having scenes with Laurel that are really terrific," he said. "As Felicity said in Episode 3 of this year, she didn't even think they were friends, so it's kind of fun to watch these two women who are so different from each other interact. Felicity's got some words of wisdom to impart to Laurel, and has a perspective that is somewhat unique."

Some fans have theorized that Oliver returns to the A.R.G.U.S. prison on Lian Yu in order to seek Slade's counsel on how to defeat Ra's Al Ghul, so we'll see if that comes to pass.
