Lady Gaga Smokes Weed During Performance, Bad Role Model? [VIDEO]

Lady Gaga took a short break during her Amsterdam performance onstage and smoked some weed that someone in the audience threw at her. The controversial singer took the opportunity in the European city smoke what is considered illegal in the United States.

"Ahh... thank you!" Gaga said when the joint was first tossed her way. "Holland, is it real? Don't tease me."

After sniffing the joint, she recognized it was the real pot, and took in a quick smoke.

She even went as far to saying how wonderful marijuana is and how it saved her music.

Some fans did not think it was a smart move for Gaga to smoke a joint in front of many young fans. They also disappointed in how she seemed to be advertising the goodness of an addictive substance.

@KellzLuvsCody - And I thought Lady Gaga inspired millions to be the person you are, guess I was wrong she tells millions of people to smoke pot on stage.

Another fan named Geraldine Cruz shared, "Isn't smoking a really bad addiction? If thousands of young people try it, they will start an addiction and feed the money-hungry Tobacco and Marijuana industry. Gaga needs to be a better role model with the position she has. I love her music and creativity, but i'm disappointed in her not pointing out the addiction is not good."
