Chris Brown Fails Drug Test During Probation Hearing: Rihanna Wished Him Luck Via Twitter [PHOTO]

Chris Brown failed his drug test during his probation hearing today. The not so fortunate singer may be in trouble again after finding marijuana in his system.

Brown took a drug test in Virginia in June under the order of Judge Patricia Schnegg in L.A. As the Judge told Chris that his test came back positive, Brown sat silently while the judge continued, "You are not an average person sitting in a living room.  You are not only in the public eye, but you are on probation."

Judge Schnegg did not throw the book at Brown, however, she ordered another hearing for November to review probations records. According to Chicago Tribune, Brown produced a medicinal marijuana card to the judge after his test was revealed positive. Reasoning for his illness to be prescribed marijuana is unknown.

Before heading to court, Brown's ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, who was his victim of an assault charge went on to twitter to wish him well tweeting, "@ChrisBrown I'm praying for you and wishing u the best today!"

Recently, Brown has been faced with a lawsuit after a big brawl between him and rapper, Drake erupted in a New York night club, which was reportedly about his ex, Rihanna. During the fight, bottles were thrown and several people including Brown were injured. Since then, the night club was forced to close down and both Drake and Chris Brown are being sued by the former owners.
