Carrie Underwood Fan 'Blown Away' After Receiving First Kiss Onstage During Tour [VIDEO]
Country music star Carrie Underwood knows how to treat her fans well, just ask 12-year-old Chase who attended Underwood's "Blown Away" tour when it passed through Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday evening. Young Chase got the chance of a lifetime when Underwood pulled him up onstage, offering to grant him his first kiss for all of the audience (and YouTube world) to see.
It all started with a simple question, "Will you be my first kiss?" 12-year-old Chase was in the concert crowd holding up a sign that read just that, aimed at 29-year-old Underwood. Once the "Good Girl" songstress caught eye of the proposal, she pulled the youngster up onstage.
Underwood told Chase he should be considered lucky - she didn't get her first real kiss until she was 14. The "American Idol" winner then went on to ask, "How we going to do this?" Chase wisely answered, "Lip-to-lip." Before the young fan was granted his wish, Underwood jokingly warned that NHL husband Mike Fisher was somewhere in the building, so starstruck Chase should probably keep his eye out. Watch the adorably innocent kiss here:
Underwood plants Chase a quick peck, then turns to the audience laughing, "That's the only time that is ever going to happen!"
Later on in the night, Underwood tweeted this to fans along with a video of the lip lock:
@carrieunderwood: "Thanks, Chase, for the kiss and thanks Louisville for rocking so hard tonight! We had fun! #liptolip."
What a lucky young man!
