'Teen Mom 2' Leah Messer Prison Bound? MTV Star Running Illegal Business, Promoting It on Twitter!

Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer can't get a break these days first with the cheating scandal that almost wrecked the MTV star's marriage to her husband Jeremy Calvert and now reports that she is operating an illegal hair salon in West Virginia!

According to Radar Online, the West Virginia State Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists is looking into the reality star's new business venture called Gloss, which focuses on hair, makeup, and styling.

"This business is very much illegal," a spokesperson for the board told the gossip site. "We will be launching an investigation."

According to Gloss's site, "Gloss and our stylists have been featured in In Touch Magazine and pride ourselves on bringing a little red carpet magic to our clients. We have trained professionals with experience to meet any styling needs." However, this isn't exactly true, according to the spokesperson.

"[Leah is] a cosmetology student with more than a year of schooling left," the spokesperson said. "As a student, you cannot perform services outside of the school."

That isn't the only worry the mother-of-three will have to face when investigated by the board.

"They have to have an actual shop," according to Radar. "They need a location for clients to go."

As MStars News reported, the reality mom is starting this new venture while her marriage is crumbling. In a recent post on Twitter, Leah put up her horoscope, which showed she will be going through a major change coming up in her life leading many to assume it will be finally parting ways with her husband.
