'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Reunion: Yolanda Foster Lyme Disease, Brain Damage Might Force Her to Sit Taping Out – Will Brandi Glanville, Kyle Richards, & Lisa Vanderpump's Co-Star Return?
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hill star Yolanda Foster is in the battle for her life after being diagnosed with Lyme disease. The reality star is currently deaing with the neurological effects of the illness and it is leaving her in a very fragile state that could impact Bravo series. The star is having trouble even talking in full sentences, which leaves many worried about her health and also wondering if they will be seeing one of their favorite RHOBH stars on the upcoming reunion special.
According to Radar Online, Foster is expected to appear during the reunion but only in a limited role, as her motor function has been compromised by the illness.
"The reunion is scheduled to be filmed in the next couple of weeks and Yolanda's participation will likely be very limited," an insider revealed to the site. "Contractually, cast members are all required to participate, but if Yolanda wasn't able to do it because of the Lyme disease, she obviously wouldn't be forced."
The site also reports that Yolanda takes her involvement with the series very seriously and she wants to be able to do as much as she can during the reunion show.
"Yolanda does want to do it because she is always so professional about work commitments," the source insider explained, adding, "the main issue with Yolanda's health is the constant fatigue, and serious memory issues. Recently, Yolanda has had trouble just forming sentences, and sometimes can't clearly articulate what she is trying to say."
Despite her diagnosis, her husband David Foster is eternally in her corner, as he couldn't help but gush about his wife's strength when he spoke out to Us Weekly earlier this month.
"She's a warrior, so she's going to beat it," the star told the news site. "She's down right now. She keeps traveling the world looking for a cure and when she finds it she'll be able to give that to the world."
Get better soon, Yolanda!
