'RHOC' Vicki Gunvalson and BF Brooks Ayers Going Strong, Couple Together After Cheating Scandal: Tamra Judge Happy for Couple?

RHOC star Vicki Gunvalson has been unlucky in love, but it seems she has found her soul mate in boyfriend Brooks Ayers. The couple, who have been dating on-and-off for the last couple years, are apparently still going strong. Not only did they go through a huge cheating scandal, but Gunvalson has been by Ayers's side as he battles cancer. While the cheating rumors came out almost six months ago, it seems the couple is still together and are reportedly stronger than ever.

Brooks sat down with Radar Online, where he opened up in an interview about his girlfriend and the progress they have made over the last few months.

"It's been a challenging couple of months for Vicki and myself for sure, but we're doing good," the Real Housewives of Orange County star admitted. "One of the words I use to describe Vicki is intense. She's intense in every aspect of her life in whatever she's doing. Having fun, whooping it up or working, in a relationship or whatever, she's intense -- and that's a good thing."

Brooks explained that Gunvalson has been by his side as he battles Stage 3 cancer, even admitting that she moved into Vicki's house during his treatment.

"I did move in once the diagnosis happened," the star said, explaining that it was ultimately Vicki's decision to have him do so. "She said, 'Hey, I need you. I want to take care of you. I want to be there for you. It's time for us to take this next step.'"

As far as other cast members, it seems that Vicki's on-again/off-again friend Tamra Judge and her husband Eddie seem to be more than supportive of Ayers during this difficult time, according to The Inquistr.

"You'll see this season that we have the complete support of Tamra and Eddie," Brooks explained. "Life changes with Tamra becoming a grandma and Vicki becoming a grandma twice. There's a lot of things going on. It kind of sheds out all the other BS."

The new season will likely premiere this summer on Bravo.
