'RHONY' LuAnn De Lessep Season 7 Spoilers - Most Fun She's Ever Had, Plus New Single, 'Money Can't Buy You Class' Follow-Up?
Countess LuAnn de Lesspes is definitely ready for her close-up on this season of The Real Housewives of New York. The reality star was demoted from a series regular to a recurring guest star during last season of the Bravo series despite the fact that she was in more episodes, it seemed, than housewife Aviva Drescher. However, it looks like this season the star is about to reclaim her role amongst fellow co-stars Heather Thomson, Carole Radziwill, Sonja Morgan and returning member of the cast, Bethenny Frankel.
E! News caught up with the RHONY star at the premiere of their new scripted series, The Royals, where she gave some teasers on what is to come for her and some of the other Bravo ladies, including the possibility of a musical follow-up single to the dance anthem, "Money Can't Buy You Class."
"I really feel like I'm in the driver's seat," the star told the news site of this season of the Housewives. "I'm enjoying myself. I must say, I've had the most fun this season that I've ever had. It's nice to have Bethenny back; we reminisced a lot about the past... I feel like it's like the good old days of the Housewives."
However, it doesn't seem like everything is all sunshine and rainbows as, in a moment from the trailer, LuAnn gets in a little squabble with her bestie Heather where she tells her, "be cool. Don't be all, like, uncool," a saying that's seems to have pontential to be turned into her next best-selling single.
"I already put the call in to the music producers," the star joked. "It'd be fun, right?"
It seems like the perfect opportunity for the star, who according to The Inquistr, is busy looking to expand her empire. Right now, the Countess is hard at work on her clothing line with the hopes that she will soon move into the jewelry and at home sectors of design.
"I'm looking at jewelry now and other things to do- in the lifestyle arena, at home. It's really a way of living," the star explained.
The Real Housewives of New York premieres its seventh season on April 8 on Bravo.
