Based on the crime novels by the late author Elmore Leonard, the final Season 6 season of Justified added someone to the death count on FX. Twitter had lots to say as the standoff between Ty Walker (Garret Dillahunt)and Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) led to a shocking conclusion.

In our previous recap, while Raylan had a visit from his wife and daughter, the manhunt for Ty Walker escalated. When Ava (Joelle Carter) revealed she has been ratting out on Boyd (Walton Goggins), Ty had already killed two paramedics while on the loose. Knowing that they still loved each other, Boyd promised Ava he would help stall Raylan while stealing Avery Markham (Sam Elliott)'s money.

In our recent recap, Ty held Ava hostage because he wanted to talk to Boyd. Ty told Boyd that he knew the combination to the secret vault and that it was also unarmed. Knowing Avery had reward money out for his arrest, Ava and Boyd went for the cash, giving up Ty to Raylan. As he ran away shooting, Raylan put two bullets into Ty's back and dropped him dead.

In an interview with Yahoo TV, showrunner Graham Yost revealed the significance behind Walker's last words, "He was in the military, and I think that that's a small hint to him having been a Ronin - you know, that term for samurai who had no leader anymore - and that he was someone who had a particular set of skills and no one to work for, except for someone like Markham. So there was a certain sense of duty and honor, and it ended up being perverted and he ended up doing horrible things and all of that, but it wasn't just the money. It was that camaraderie, that brotherhood."

Check out what Twitter had to say with the hashtag, #JustifiedBodyCount, here:
