Karrueche Tran Kicked Oprah’s People Out of Her House, Has a Warning for Chris Brown’s Baby Mama
Karrueche Tran's interview with OWN star Iyanla Vanzant did not go off without a hitch, MStars News has learned.
According to published reports, Chris Brown's ex was very emotional during the interview, didn't hold anything back when it came to details about she and Brown's relationship and when tensions ran really high — she even kicked the OWN camera crew out of her house.
TMZ reports that the even though Tran was told the interview would be "positive," things went south when Tran began to feel like she was being ambushed. Vanzant asked Tran if she only hooked up with Brown in the first place because he was a superstar. When Tran denied having slept with Brown until months after they met, she claims Vanzant didn't believe her. Vanzant also questioned Tran about her reasoning for taking Brown back after he beat up Rihanna and allegedly cheated on her.
Fed up with the negative tone of the interview, Tran's people kicked Vanzant and the camera crew out of the house.
A few hours passed, however, and the interview resumed after all parties had calmed down.
Her rep confirmed to E! News that some key questions were omitted from the final interview.
"Karrueche's not out for Chris' blood. She's telling her life story and what it was like dating Chris amidst all the scandals he had before they met. It's not a Chris bashing interview. She's not that girl and that's why she's always hesitant to do interviews," a source told Hollywood Life about the interview. "Karrueche's hoping that other women who watch will connect or relate to her and why she chose to love Chris and be with him after all that he has done — the good and bad in his life, including what happened between him and Rihanna."
A source also told Hollywood Life that Karrueche has a message for Chris Brown's baby mama, Nia Amery: "Karrueche wants Nia to know that just because Chris cheated on her, doesn't mean he won't cheat on the mother of his child."
