Pop star Miley Cyrus debuted her guest-star appearance on "Two and a Half Men" last week, and according to co-star Angus T. Jones, Cyrus is one talented actress who's "awesome" to have around on the set. Although 19-year-old Angus admits that the onscreen make-out seshs with Cyrus were a bit "awkward" (especially with the "Party in the U.S.A." songstress' fiancé Liam Hemsworth lurking backstage) he lauds Cyrus as a fun and hilarious girl to have around onset.

Cyrus plays "Missi" in the new fall season of "Two and a Half Men" - a sexy, feisty character who makes the rich and handsome Walden Schmidt (played by Ashton Kutcher) begin to actually "feel his own age." She also plays the flirty love interest for Jones' character, Jake, who meets her after he returns from the Army to visit his dad Alan Harper (John Cryer).

Cyrus's cameo appearance actually boosted "Two and a Half Men" ratings to a new season high, so many fans wonder if her role as Missi might become a more permanent thing. According to Jones (who spoke with E! News at the Camp Ronald McDonald For Good Times' 20th Annual Halloween Carnival on Sunday): "I don't know. I'm not sure what [producers] are going to do," but "of course" he'd be thrilled if 19-year-old Cyrus returned to the set. "It was a lot of fun. She is extremely talented, extremely hilarious and she's an awesome person to have on set."

When asked about the intimate kissing scenes, Jones laughingly stated: "It was silly. Acting kissing is one of the weirdest things that you have to do. [Hemsworth] came down when we shot on Friday. I said, 'Hey, ya know, it's strictly business between me and Miley.' She's definitely his."

So looks like Cyrus might have a new acting gig and Hemsworth has nothing to worry about! Seems like a win-win situation, for the entire "Two and a Half Men" crew.
