'American Horror Story: Hotel' Matt Bomer Gets Neal Caffrey 'White Collar' Birthday Cards From Fans! [WATCH]
Though the series finale of White Collar aired on USA Network, that doesn't "Collars" fans have forgotten about Neal Caffrey's birthday. After being memorably played by Matt Bomer (American Horror Story: Hotel) for six seasons, White Collar Closure is asking fans to send birthday cards to their favorite con artist.
During the sixth final season, Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer) wanted his freedom badly enough, he risked his own life infiltrating the Pink Panthers syndicate. Neal and Peter Burke (Tim DeKay) worked together for one last con to bring in the crime organization. Danger loomed up ahead as Keller (Ross McCall) returned to the picture as a precious new life was already in danger. When Elizabeth Burke (Tiffani Thiessen) announced she was pregnant, Peter and Neal realized sacrifices had to be made.
According to the official White Collar Closure Site, March 21st happens to be Neal's 38th birthday. Not only is this a celebration of the TV character, fans are also asking FOX TV Studios to give one more chance with White Collar. Much like how Veronica Mars was revived, Collars are crossing their fingers for a TV movie.
The official Facebook page has shared photos of the envelopes from fans and writes, "Did you send YOUR cards yet? All these birthday cards to Neal (via Fox TV Studios) are sent in the hope that we can convince FtvS to fulfill the wish from cast and crew to make a White Collar movie. KEEP SENDING those birthday cards for Neal's birthday on March 21. Even if they arrive AFTER March 21 they still count."
