FromSoftware's highly anticipated 2015 video game Bloodborne is available to play on PlayStation 4 on March 24, but if you live in Denmark and are feeling charitable, you can get to play one day earlier. We all know that gamers would sacrifice a lot for the chance to get a new title, but would you donate blood for Bloodborne? Denmark's PlayStation branch and a company cold GivBlod have teamed up to help increase the amount of blood donors in the nation, with the incentive of Bloodborne!

The idea is simple enough, but the fact that the new video game looks like one of the bloodiest titles of the year makes it one of the coolest campaigns we've heard of in a while. Gamers will certainly draw a lot of blood in the actual gameplay, but will we see a rise in blood donations in Denmark, now?
"GivBlod and PlayStation Denmark has entered into a gory cooperation where blood donors can donate blood and as thanks for helping get a computer game and a chance to win a PlayStation 4," the organization stated in a new blog post (via IGN). "Cooperation to encourage more men to give blood and to register as a blood donor since there is a great shortage of just male blood donors."
According to this new campaign, those unable to come in to donate blood can use Instagram to share how they "interpret the message of giving blood and saving lives."
