'It Follows' 2015 Horror Movie Reviews & Box Office Success Leads To Wide Theater Release, VOD Delayed For Now
When it comes to horror movies released in the early months of the year, the film industry doesn't expect too much - but that isn't the case for the recently release film It Follows. Countless positive movie reviews are calling this new movie from director David Robert Mitchell the best horror movie of 2015, with more than just scares and gore to offer. On top of the reviews, It Follows has seen a great deal of success at the Box Office even in a select theater release, so now the movie has received a wide release! Plus, plans for VOD have been delayed until the film is out of theaters.

Even though it was only released in four theaters in the United States (two in Los Angeles and two in New York), the film has so far made $160,089, according to Slash Film.
"The movie is performing big, so we are going to chase it," said Weinstein Co. COO, David Glasser. It definitely seems like the obvious road to take, but this means the March 27 VOD release will be pushed back. Will you be seeing this movie in theaters now?
