‘Paranormal Activity 5’ Set for Halloween-centric 2013 Release Date in Theatres

It looks like the box office success of the successive installments of the Paranormal Activity franchise has been motivating the filmmakers in churning out more found-footage scary movies. With just the "Paranormal Activity 4" has landed in theatres, the Paramount is said to have the fifth sequel ready up its sleeves already.
Deadline Hollywood reported that Paramount has announced to release the 5th movie in the Paranormal Activity franchise in 2013 on Halloween. It also claimed that the filmmakers are mulling on creating a spinoff concerning Latino audience and Christopher Landon, who know for 2007 "Disturbia" and is son Michael Landon, will be directing the movie.
Deadline Hollywood further reported that Paramount's forthcoming horror movie, will reportedly borrow the demon from the "Paranormal Activity" films and would be filmed partly in Spanish, besides featuring Latino actors. It said that the studio has screened the teaser of yet-to-be-titled horror flick with "Paranormal Activity 4."
Paranormal Activity, which was released last week has racked in about $30 million over the weekend. The stellar performance of the movie at the box office widow as buoyed the morale of its filmmakers, given that it was made with a budget of $5 million.
