'RHOBH' Kim Richards Pit Bull Scandal: Star Giving Bravo TV Contract to Dog Bite Victim Kay Rozario for Court Case
The drama just keeps on coming for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards. The starlet has been at the center of a scandal following her pit bull Kingsley's attack on an 80-year-old woman last fall, but now it seems that the court case is getting even more intense. The elder women, Kay Rozario, who happened to be good friends with Richards prior to the attack has now demanded that Kim provides her with copies of her contract with Bravo for the court proceedings.
According to Radar Online, Kay is saying that her legal team will need to see Richards contracts with Evolution, a production company of Bravo, so that they can uphold the fact that they believe Bravo is at fault for the attack.
"In order to prove our claim, we will seek copies of all of the contracts between Kim Richards and Evolution," the legal team explained to the news site.
While there was a motion filed by Bravo to dismiss their involvement in the case according to The Inquistr, it seems that the trainer who was featured on the show also plays a pretty important role in all this, as he claims that footage of the dog attacking him was purposely not shown on the series.
"Behind the scenes I was hired by Bravo to fix the dog's aggression. In front of the camera the public was told I was working with the animal based on chewing sunglasses and shoes," trainer, David Utter, explained in the court documents.
"They really failed to show how the dog unprovoked, attacked me and came to rip off my face and I had no choice but to defend myself."
Kay has filed a motion to get the judge to not dismiss the case based on Evolution's request.
