Is Kylie Jenner Changing Careers? If Rumors of a Single With Tyga & Iggy Azalea are True, Signs May Point to Yes

Rumor has it that Kylie Jenner is planning a career change. Twitter account Rap Dose reportedly revealed that Jenner will release a new single "Forever Real" featuring Iggy Azalea and rumored boyfriend Tyga. The tweet from the entertainment site announced, "Coming Soon: 'Forever Real' by Kylie Jenner featuring Tyga & Iggy Azalea #WeCantMakeThisShitUp," and was posted along with what looked like cover art from a photo from Jenner's latest photoshoot.

According to Hollywood Life, the news is completely unconfirmed and purely a rumor at this point. Jenner, Azalea and Tyga haven't commented on the tweet, and it's unclear whether this is a Jenner-approved publicity stunt or the work of an overzealous fan at Rap Dose. However, it's possible that Jenner, who's dabbled in modeling and ghost writing young adult fiction with sister Kendall Jenner, could be looking to take on a new project to boost her career, whatever that career may be. Unlike her sister who has appeared on runways in Paris and New York and in multiple print campaigns, firmly establishing herself as a fashion industry "it girl," Jenner might be looking to reinvent herself with a new look, new house, and possibly new single.

With family connections to Kanye West and rumored romantic links with Tyga, Jenner's rumored new single wouldn't come as a surprise, but that's no guarantee she'll make it in the music industry. Back in 2011, Jenner's half-sister, Kim Kardashian, made a rumored but ultimately unsuccessful attempt at a singing career with the single "Jam (Turn It Up)." Jenner certainly isn't the first in her family to try her luck at a music, but if being a recording artist is Jenner's goal, it might be a challenge. If Kardashian's single was any indication, vocal talent might not run in the Kardashian-Jenner family.
