'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga Feud: No Contact Since Prison, Choosing Daughters Over Sister-in-Law
It doesn't look like Teresa Giudice's prison sentence has made her rethink her relationship with sister-in-law Melissa Gorga. In fact, if anything the RHONJ star's time away has made her even more upset with her brother's wife. Yup, it doesn't look like Teresa is going to come out of jail a changed woman, at least when it comes to Melissa, and she is doing everything in her power to let Gorga know that while she is still locked up. The feud continues as Teresa chooses her daughters over her sister-in-law.
According to Radar Online, Teresa has not seen her brother or sister-in-law since she got thrown into the slammer, but it seems Melissa is taking the high road and not trying to cause any drama while Teresa is away.
The starlet appeared on Good Day, New York, where it was apparent she was upset by not being able to see her family member but that she understood the reasoning.
When the host asked if she had been to visit Giudice, Melissa explained, "No, I think she's keeping her visits for her children," adding, "I think she's going to want every visit to be with her children."
While it may be hurtful that Teresa has not reached out to Melissa, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star said she has talked to her brother while in prison.
"She's called Joe and she's talked to Joe and she emails with Joe. You know, I think there's limited amount of free time so when she does, I expect her to go through her brother," the starlet explained of her reaching out to Melissa. "She's always, always on the phone with her mother and her children."
Melissa also appeared on the Bravo talk show Watch What Happens: Live, where she explained that her sister-in-law is doing "really good" behind bars.
"She's doing well, she's doing well. My mother-in-law gives me updates all the time, she's doing really good," the starlet admitted.
But when Andy Cohen asked her is she kept in touch with her family member, Gorga gave sort of a roundabout answer.
"I have written to her and she has spoken to her brother on the phone," Gorga admitted, inferring that she hasn't had any direct contact with her sister-in-law.
