Rob Kardashian To 'Cease and Desist' Writing Tell-All Book Following 'Gone Girl' Instagram Post? Kris Jenner Reportedly Doesn't Want 'Emotionally Unstable' Son on 'KUWTK'

Rob Kardashian might be missing from the new season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Last Thursday, People reported that Kris Jenner "has chosen not to feature her only son on the new season." A KUWTK production insider told People, "Kris doesn't want Rob on the show when he is emotionally unstable." Now, after reportedly refusing help from the family, an exclusive source tells Hollywood Life that Kardashian is threatening to release a "revealing tell-all" if they don't "back off." According to In Touch, Jenner is reportedly countering with a "cease and desist letter" to keep Kardashian from divulging family secrets.

Following Kardashian's bizarre Gone Girl Instagram post that compared sister Kim Kardashian to the movie's murderous principal character, sister Khloe Kardashian revealed that her brother may be dealing with some serious emotional stress. "I just feel, especially over the last year, Rob has become very introverted and has a kind of social anxiety," Khloe Kardashian reportedly told Wonderwall. "He's definitely not at his happiest place that he once was." Rob Kardashian has reportedly been "frustrated with his family" for some time, VH1 reports, and doesn't seem to want help from the Kardashians.

Reports of a potential tell-all book or cease and desist letter haven't been confirmed, but if Rob really is threatening to release some kind of searing confessional revealing the family's dark secrets, it's possible that he might have to contend with legal backlash from the Kardashians. As In Touch reports, the Kardashian-Jenners might not hesitate to take legal action against one another. When Kourtney Kardashian objected to Kim Kardashian's request to use of her likeness in the mobile game Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, Kourtney Kardashian reportedly served her sister with a cease and desist.
