Robert Pattinson & FKA Twigs Engaged, NO April Fools' Day Prank! T-Pain Ousts Wedding Bliss, Kristen Stewart Heartbroken?

Apparently the rumors are indeed true - after only six months of dating, "Twilight" heartthrob Robert Pattinson popped the big question to girlfriend FKA Twigs. And now the two young lovebirds are officially engaged!

Funny enough, rapper T-Pain broke the exciting news earlier this week during an interview with Vulture. The "I'm Sprung" emcee hoped to work with Twigs on his highly-anticipated upcoming album, but she's a bit too busy right now.

"She's engaged now... Yeah, to 'ol Patty [R-Patz]. I don't know if she wanted anybody to know that..."

Maybe he was told to retract such comments, because Pain later tweeted on April 1:

 @TPAIN: "Added a little #AprilFools to my interview with vulturemag today. Check it out!!!!"

Nice try, but several popular gossip outlets (including People) have since confirmed the wedding buzz. Another magazine rep later told GossipCop:

"This is a real interview with T-Pain and to our knowledge he wasn't joking about the engagement!"

Rumors suggest that 28-year-old Pattinson was shopping for engagement rings as earlier as December 2014. Things got extremely serious between the couple very fast!

So, where does this leave Kristen Stewart? According to an alleged HollywoodLife.com insider, the "Still Alice" starlet is totally devastated - Robsten's definitely over for good now:

"When Kristen first heard that Rob and FKA Twigs are engaged, she felt devastated," the snitch reveals. "She doesn't want to believe it's true and was seriously hoping that this was just some sort of April Fool's joke."

The source explains why 25-year-old K-Stew feels so hurt by her ex's surprise engagement:

"After only five months of dating, she can't believe Rob would propose to FKA. She and Rob dated for years! Hearing this has really taken a blow to Kristen's confidence. She was holding out major hope that there wasn't any truth to their engagement... Kristen is especially hurt to hear that Rob is engaged to FKA because marriage is something she obviously spoke about with Rob when they were dating. Of course they did, they were together for so long!"

Meanwhile, the "Glass & Patron" songstress remains mum on Twitter, so stay tuned for further updates.
