Los Angeles has seen a disappointing start to the new season, but should we jump to conclusions already?
"There are times we feel we're right back in that rhythm that we were in at the end of last year," Galaxy defender Dan Gargan said this week. "There's times things aren't clicking, as well, and it's a process to get all the [parts] moving again and get everybody on the same page and same fitness and to kind of have that kind of streamline that we had last year. I think we are almost that, but not quite."

Meanwhile, the Whitecaps are aware of how dangerous the Galaxy still are in the league, no matter what the standings say.
"I definitely think they'll punish us, if they get as many chances as Portland did," player Steven Beitashour said. "Portland was a little unlucky with some chances. David (Ousted) made a couple of great saves, so we've got to be more careful against LA. We can't be doing the same thing we did last weekend and expect to get a victory. We have to be smarter in all aspects of the game and I think we will."
