Shaquille O'Neal Buys $235k Home In Florida: Normal Home For Completely Over The Top Athlete

Shaquille O'Neal decided to drop $235,000 on a brand new home outside of Orlando, Florida. The basketball star who currently has a huge 70,000- square-foot mansion 30 miles away decided to make the purchase. 

According to TMZ, O'Neal is currently worth about $250 million and resides in his 11 bedroom, 13-bath mansion which is filled with his many sports cars and a 20,000 square-foot basketball court.

The house may be a gift for someone close to the 40-year-old athlete. The star is known for giving his friends extravagant gifts. In the past, for Lebron James 25th Birthday, Shaq bought the MVP a white Rolls Royce Phantom that cost $400,000.

It's uncertain why the celebrity bought the home, but the massive home he lives  in now may be too overwhelming for the champion. The retired athlete's new home has five bedrooms, four baths, granite counter tops, wet bar, entertainment room, and cherry cabinets.
