CW's 'The Flash' Ep 18 Spoilers: Will Grant Gustin's Barry Allen Put Candice Patton's Iris West 'In Danger?' [WATCH]
In episode 18, another Arrow crossover is heading towards The Flash on the CW network. With the identity of the DC Comics super villain revealed, will Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) end up putting Iris West (Candice Patton) "in danger" with Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh), aka The Reverse-Flash?
In our previous recap, while the timeline was reset, Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) and Heat Wave (Dominic Purcell) made their way back, along with Golden Gilder (Peyton List). After torturing Cisco's brother, Captain Cold discovered the secret identity of The Flash. The scarlet speedster promised to go after Cold and his Rogues harder, if they killed any of his family members or friends. Barry though figured out Harrison Wells is involved somehow with his mother's murder.
In our recent recap, The Flash found himself with a bomb strapped to his wrist thanks to the Trickster (Mark Hamill). In the flashbacks, the Reverse-Flash revealed himself to be Eobard Thawne (Matt Letscher), a murderer displaced in time. After causing a car crash, Thawne took possession of Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh)' body and killed the original host. Realizing Iris was snooping around Mason Bridge's disappearance, the scarlet speedster revealed his secret identity to Eddie Thane (Rick Cosnett).
As we previously mentioned, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh) take a trip to Central City. Waiting for their arrival is the Bug-Eyed Bandit (played by Emily Kinney).
In an interview with TV Line, executive producer Andrew Kreisberg reveals Iris's boyfriend isn't too happy being in the trio. "Eddie, as the much more emotionally in-touch character, is like, 'This is ridiculous. By not telling her, you're actually putting her in more danger. That starts to become the conflict between the three men, because Eddie is not happy with how Barry and Joe have been handling this. It starts to really impact his relationship with Iris."

Cosnett also reveals date night with Barry, Ray, Felicity, Iris and Eddie will be an awkward disaster, "Brandon Routh and I had a lot of fun with that scene. We all don't know what to say, because there's so much going on with Wells and with everyone's storylines, that the dinner is 10 times more awkward than our little double date that we had at Jitters [with Barry/Felicity]."
The Flash will return from hiatus on April 14.
