'Ridiculously good looking baby,' Joey Powling, Jr Has One Million Fans After Recovery From Heart Surgery [PHOTO]

Joey Powling, Jr. melted over a million hearts after a photo of the toddler was taken after his heart surgery. The baby boy posed for the camera with a gorgeous smile and a scar down his little chest after a successful open-heart surgery procedure.

The tiny baby boy was born with a hole in his heart and doctors told his parents that complications were far more serious than that. Just at three-months-old, the little boy's defect was defected while in utero surgery. Soon after he began the healing process, his mother Sarah decided to take the photo of the smiling baby.

The grateful mother said, "I took that photo because it was the first time they uncovered the whole scar. Joe was playing with him, and I just wanted to get a picture of the scar, and he started smiling."

The toddler's condition known as Tetralogy of Fallot is usually monitored and medicated for treatment for the rest lives if affected. By posting the picture, Sarah have spread awareness after the photo went viral and the family is shocked of the outburst of support.
