WWE taped the April 9, 2015 edition of Thursday Night SmackDown in Dallas on Tuesday, and the show begins with a segment that sets up the six man tag-team main event that pits Daniel Bryan, Roman Reigns, and Dolph Ziggler against Bad News Barrett, Sheamus, and Big Show.

You may notice this is different from the previously announced six-man tag on Monday Night Raw.

Tyson Kidd and Cesaro defeat The New Day in a non-title match.

Adrian Neville defeats Curtis Axel in a match similar to Neville's debut on Raw.

Natalya defeats Alicia Fox with Cameron as the special guest referee. Cameron attacks both women before she leaves.

Bray Wyatt cuts a promo and then defeats his former family member Erick Rowan with Sister Abigail.

The Miz hosts Miz TV with Summer Rae. The two argue about who is the bigger star in The Marine 4 until Damien Mizdow comes out, beats down Miz, and kisses Summer Rae.

Bryan, Ziggler, and Reigns defeat Barrett, Sheamus, and Big Show when Reigns spears Barrett.
