'Person Of Interest' Season 4: Ep 20 Spoilers: Will Jim Caviezel's Reese Meet Taraji P. Henson's "Demons?" [WATCH]
CBS airs an all-new episode of Season 4 of Person of Interest. In Episode 20, will Finch (Michael Emerson) and Reese (Jim Caviezel) have to visit Joss Carter (Taraji P. Henson)'s "personal demons" when they stumble upon 'Terra Incognita?'
In our recent recap, Reese and Finch discovered their latest POI, Khan (Aasif Mandvi) was being targeted by Samaritan. Finch had to patch things up with Root (Amy Acker) because he needed her help. The group discovered Samaritan has been using Khan's technology to check every file where it could find the Machine's location. Team Machine failed to save their POI as Greer had Khan taken hostage and followed Samaritan's orders to shoot him dead.
As we previously mentioned, the Hustle & Flow actress will reprise her role as fan favorite NYPD detective Joss Carter. The last time audiences saw Carter, she was gunned down, saving Reese's life, as they brought down the corrupt organization HR. Carter will appear in flashbacks as Reese (Caviezel) attempts to solve one of her unsolved cases.
In the footage, even Fusco (Kevin Chapman) recognizes the name of the cold case. Finch is concerned about Reese's well-being, but there's also the matter of The Machine hiding from Samaritan. Root (Amy Acker) is on a mission to stop a mob war.

In an interview with TV Line, POI showrunner Jonah Nolan describes Reese's character arc, "He had to pretend to be a normal person this season, and that's starting to slowly sink in a bit, which is great fun. He's never going to be the warm, affable "guy next door" - this is a guy with demons - but this was a great opportunity for us with the Carter character. She was someone who from the first scene of the pilots onwards, after shooting him down, looked right into his eyes and saw everything."

We also mentioned, the Oscar-nominated actress has signed a deal with Simon & Schuster imprint, 37 Ink, for a book project, slated for a 2016 release date. In her memoir, the 44-year-old will chronicle her life growing up in Washington, D.C., before getting noticed in Hustle & Flow, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Baby Boy.
Person of Interest continues Tuesday, April 14, at 10pm on CBS.
