Queen of Pop Madonna finally joined the wild "Gangnam Style" bandwagon! During her second performance at NYC's Madison Square Garden this week, the pop princess surprised the crowd by bringing K-pop sensation Psy out onstage to join her in performing the viral YouTube dance. Madonna got down and dirty with Psy in front of 20,000 screaming fans, proving that she's still got some killer moves even after all these years in show biz. Psy remained onstage while Madonna tore into her 2000 hit "Music" - what a delightful musical treat for the sold-out audience!

During the show, Madonna launched into her hit "Give It 2 Me" right after promising the crowd a "big surprise." Halfway through the performance, the song altered its sound, and Psy rose through a trap door while screaming, "Are you ready, NYC?" Check out Madonna's awesome rendition of "Gangnam Style," with the help of Psy and a number of energetic backup dancers:

Madonna lauded Psy for flying "all the way from Frankfurt, Germany this morning" (Monday, Nov. 12). The 54-year-old songstress admitted she was a huge fan of "Gangnam Style," and was digging Psy's classy, bright red suit (which she teasingly rubbed up on later in the performance).

Psy also announced that he has had many experiences in the past few months performing his hit "Gangnam Style" dance alongside numerous celebrities, but that performing at MSG with Madonna definitely topped his list.

Madonna also helped to raise money for the Hurricane Sandy relief effort during the concert - fans threw money onstage while the pop megastar crooned "Like a Virgin," amounting to approximately $3,000.
