Well, if you're looking for some more of an argument to make females the operators and heads of companies around the globe then maybe you can take some advice from Shark Tank's very own Kevin O'Leary. The entrepreneur recently sat down with HuffPost Live and expressed that he actually makes more money from female CEOs than he does with men. Therefore, he's decided to invest more so in women.

Sorry guys... looks like we're out!

O'Leary, who has his own blog page on The Huffington Post, recently told the publication, "Basically, they're the ones that are sending me back all the cash." He was speaking of claims mentioned that of all the companies he's invested in, just about 55% are run by females. Additionally, an astonishing "100 percent of his returns come from them."

Because of this, the businessman is vowing since he makes more money with women he's going to put more money into companies run by women. Which, on a financial level, certainly makes sense.

"That's what's going to happen," he said. "It's just working."

He further stated in the interview that there are some "phenomenal results" coming from how women are operating businesses these days. "I think it's the tonality of how they manage perhaps."
