'Silicon Valley' Season 2: Ep 4: T. J. Miller, Mike Judge, Thomas Middleditch Seek "The Lady!"
From the comedic mind of Mike Judge (Beavis and Butt-head), HBO continues Season 2 of Silicon Valley with an all-new episode this Sunday. With Hooli's lawsuit breaking them down, will Erlich (T.J. Miller) and Richard (Thomas Middleditch) get more help from 'The Lady?'
In our previous recap, Gilfoyle (Martin Starr), Erlich (Miller), Richard (Middleditch), and Dinesh (Nanjiani) found themselves in trouble when Monica's boss refuses to sign with Pied Piper. In need of funding, Richard and Erlich setup meetings with other investors, but they weren't too happy to see them. At a Mexican restaurant, Gavin Belson (Matt Ross) proposed a deal for Hooli to acquire Pied Piper, which would then make the lawsuit go away. Just when Richard was about to tell off Gavin, they were interrupted by a singing Mariachi band.
In our recent recap, with an interest in their company, eccentric billionaire Russ Hanneman (Chris Diamantopoulos) promised to help fund Peid Piper and get them out of their legal troubles. Russ puts Pied Piper's name all over billboards, and places one of them in front of Hooli's offices. Gavin plans to get back at the gang and their new investor through their previous employee, Big Head (Josh Brener), who now works for him.

The teasing ootage presents Russ Hanneman (Chris Diamantopoulos) and his wild marketing ideas about branding Pied Piper. Unfortunately, not of those ideas seem to sit well with Monica (Amanda Crew), who appears to be butting heads with Erlich. Jared (Zach Woods) introduces the idea of hiring a female employee because the gang needs "A Yoko to their Beatles..." (Oh boy....)
