'RHOA' Phaedra Parks, Apollo Nida Still Married, Divorce On Hold

The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Phaedra Parks confirms that she is still married to her convict husband, Apollo Nida.

The attorney admitted during the reunion special that she has not filed for divorce -yet!

"My marital status has not changed," Parks said, "My kids are everything to me, and as I have said many times before, everything I do is with them in mind."

Although, she says she still doesn't rule out divorce, she keeps her children's feelings in mind, "As a parent, seeing your kids go through something like this is heartbreaking and just thinking about it can make me emotional," She said. "My kids are so beautiful, inside and out, and they don't deserve this - it makes me sad."

Phaedra says the media spectacle has drained her, "It is overwhelming to be publicly judged and second guessed for the choices I make for my children," she said, "by people who have not displayed any genuine concern for me or the well-being of my children."
